  • Progressive soft tissue swelling along palmaro-lateral aspect of the left fore distal metacarpus for last two years – painful to palpation
  • 2/5 lame on both forelimbs at a trot on hard ground
  • ~80% improvement with palmar digital nerve blocks bilateral fore
