Access with Internet Explorer (Windows Only)

• Username: ACVR

• Will download and install two viewers
  

Access for Mac Users

The ACVR/Eklin case server can be accessed using Osirix on the Mac. Instructions for Mac users...

Install Osirix (see: http://www.osirix-viewer.com/ - it's free)

1. Run Osirix
2. Under "Preferences:Listener", give your machine a name (any name), and fill in 4006 for the TCP/IP Port Number.
3. Under "Preferences:Locations", add the ACVR server to the list using the information below:
   

• Address: 209.143.230.102
• AE Title: EklinRemote3137
• Port: 104
• Description: ACVR Server (doesn't really matter).

Open the ports 104 and 4006 in your firewall. If you are using Mac OS X's built in firewall, go to System Preferences, Sharing, Firewall, and click on the padlock to unlock the preference setting (enter an administrator name and password). Then choose 'New', and create a rule with the following properties:

• Port Name: Other
• TCP Port number: 104, 4006
• UDP Port Number: (blank)
• Description: DICOM
  

Click 'OK', then make sure that your new DICOM rule has a check mark next to it, and close the System Preferences panel. You should now be able to use the Query button in Osirix to view the cases on the server. Click the red arrow on a study to upload it to your computer.
