Case 1

Signalment:

A 2.5 year old intact female Standard Poodle

History:

A one month history of coughing

Physical Examination:

Mild drooping and incomplete closure of left eyelids, slight left head tilt, rotatory nystagmus with the fast phase to the left and decreased proprioception in all four limbs

Available Study:

Lateral and dorsoventral projections of the thorax and an MR study of the brain
