The ACVR Distinguished Service Award is presented to Dr. Mike Bernstein, ACVR Executive Director (center), by Drs. Harker Rhodes, Charter Diplomate (left) and Gregg Boring, 1998 ACVR President (right). Note: This award was renamed the "Bernstein Lifetime Achievement Award" at the 2004 ACVR Annual Conference in Montreal, Canada in honor of Dr. Mike Bernstein.
