LADIS Case of the Month - February 2013

Chronic hind limb lameness in a 10 year old Oldenburg gelding:

  • Horse used for dressage.
  • Had been treated previously for a stifle injury (approximately 11 months previously) using intra-articular PRP and IRAP.
  • More recent lameness localized to the right tarsus and the right proximal suspensory region on separate occasions using local anesthesia.
  • Presented for referral bone scan.
