Signalment: 17 year old, F(s), DSH “Isis”
History: Prolonged one year history of copious bilateral nasal and ocular discharge. No other owner presenting complaints. Eating and drinking normally. The patient sneezes occasionally, is current on vaccinations and takes monthly heartworm preventative.
Other information: CBC, Chemistry panel, UA are within normal limits. Nasal and ocular discharge has no growth on culture media. Cytology reveals large amounts of mucous.
Study Provided: Pre and postcontrast transverse CT examination of the head (3-mm contiguous slices, iodinated contrast material, standard algorithm).
