Signalment: "Jefita", Chihuahua, F (intact), 1 year
History: Abnormal mentation (alert but subdued), seizures occasionally.
Physical/Neuro Exam: Holds head down, reluctant to walk, but when she wants to, she has a normal gait. Menace response is poor to absent bilaterally. Slight right sided, ventrolateral strabismus. Conscious proprioception is slightly decreased in left front and rear limbs.
