Signalment: A 6 year old Standardbred gelding.

History: Four week history of weight loss and depression

Physical Examination: The horse was not able to trot. Some swelling of the left fore fetlock was present, but palpation failed to identify a specific cause of the lameness

Available Study: Bone scan images of both fore fetlocks and radiographs of the same region.
