2011 ACVR Scientific Meeting, Albuquerque, NM
October 11-14, 2011
- The 2011 Annual ACVR Scientific Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Albuquerque, NM, during the week of October 11-14th.
- An all-day 'Tracheal & Urethral Stenting Training Lab' will be held Monday October 10th, the day before the meeting sponsored by Infiniti Medical. This lab is full, but you can add your name to the waiting list.

ACVR Members: In order to be charged the correct registration fee, you must use your official ACVR email address as given in the ACVR Directory. If you do not, the system will not recognize you and you will be charged a higher fee. If your email address and other contact information is not correct in the ACVR Directory, please send the Webmaster your updated information using the ACVR Contact Us Email Form. Your contact information will be updated so that your registration will proceed smoothly. Online registration closes on October 3, 2011 after which you will need to register onsite.
Accompanying Person: An 'Accompanying Person' is a person NOT attending the conference, but DOES want to attend the reception and lunches. The accompanying person has to REGISTER SEPARATELY and NOT as a 'Guest' of the primary registrant; so if you and your significant other are both attending, and he/she wants to join us for the lunches, then you would first register yourself, and then go back and register your significant other as an accompanying person. If someone is NOT attending the conference and does NOT want to attend the reception or meals, they don't need to register at all.

The drive from the airport to the hotel is 5-10 minutes.
SUNPORT SHUTTLE - A one-way fare to the Hyatt is $11 for the first person, $5 for each additional person in your party traveling on the same shuttle van. Departure pick-ups start as early as 4 AM from hotels with service ending at 10 PM. At the airport, our counter is open 9 AM-11 PM and is located on the ground level inside the terminal across from Southwest baggage claim #3. A “Sunport Shuttle” sign is on the wall behind the counter and walk-ups are always welcome. If you would like to make a reservation, call 505-883-4966 or use their online system.
