Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, Radiation Oncology
The College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia invites applications for a tenure track, assistant/associate/full professor position in radiation oncology. Candidates must be board–certified by or have completed an approved residency of the American College of Veterinary Radiology in radiation oncology. The major responsibilities for this position are to provide service in radiation oncology in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, participate in didactic teaching and clinical training in radiation oncology of professional students, interns, and residents, and to develop a research program in conjunction with other faculty. An opportunity for the establishment of a radiation oncology residency program exists in collaboration with existing faculty. All faculty members are expected to participate in scholarly activity, and the percent time assigned to research is subject to negotiation with the department head.
