Veterinary Imaging Center of South Texas (VIC) is seeking applicants for a full-time staff radiologist for our San Antonio facility. VIC is located within a full service, 24 hours, specialty, referral hospital which is south Texas’s largest private veterinary specialty center. The imaging service supports specialists in critical care, dermatology, internal medicine, medical oncology, ophthalmology, and surgery. We moved into our 19,000 square-foot facility in 2004. A national laboratory and emergency clinic are also located in the facility.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be board certified by the ACVR or eligible for certification.
• Candidates must be self motivated and interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• The radiologist's duties include image interpretation and consultations (in-house and referral), performance of ultrasound studies including echocardiograms, overseeing and interpreting CT, MRI and scintigraphic studies.

San Antonio is located in south Texas, at the edge of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. San Antonio has shown continued growth and maintained a steady economy even in recent years.
