The Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services (CARES) is seeking a talented and enthusiastic full-time, board-certified or board-eligible radiologist to head our diagnostic imaging department. Our Chief of Radiology will interact with other specialists, assist in case management, read digital radiographs, CT and MRI, perform ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures, participate in training interns, and develop our telemedicine program. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable developing personal relationships with referring veterinarians within our community.
CARES is a 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital located in Langhorne, PA. Our team includes board-certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, clinical pathology as well as a board-eligible anesthesiologist. Our clinicians work as a cohesive team in our 17,300 sq. ft., newly constructed state of the art facility that houses a MyLab 50 Ultrasound, Eklin DR Helical CT, 1.5T MRI, on-site endoscopy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and bronchoscopy. The comprehensive nature of our specialty services, together with our outstanding emergency team, supports our goal to provide exceptional quality medical and surgical care to pets while providing first-class service to our clients and referring veterinarians.
