"Cleveland a classy cultural Mecca? Well, seeing is believing!"
The New York Times
"Is this Heaven? No, it's Cleveland!"
The Chicago Tribune
Greetings from America's North Shore!
Would you like to live happily ever after as a partner in Vet-Rad?
Are you tired of working alone? Are you tired of working for someone else? Are you tired of being a teleradiology robot, staring into a computer monitor all day? Are you tired of mobile ultrasound and outpatient ultrasound examinations? Are you tired of spending a ridiculous percentage of your annual income for housing?
According to an article published in The Economist magazine, no American city is more livable than Cleveland, based upon cost-of-living, stability, quality of health care and education, and cultural and outdoor opportunities. People who visit Northern Ohio for the first time are always surprised by its beauty and energy.

We're looking for a partner, not an employee. Our practice is growing rapidly, and we're offering a "piece of the pie" to the right individual. What do we mean by a "piece of the pie"? As a "signing bonus", we will gift you part ownership in our practice – no “buy in” is required. Upon arrival, you will own a stake in one of the oldest group radiology practices in the US - we'll be celebrating our 25th anniversary soon!
In addition to ownership, which includes profit-sharing, you will receive a healthy six figure income.
Group benefits include medical and malpractice insurance, paid vacation, paid leave for continuing education, a computer workstation, ACVR and AVMA dues, Ohio licensing fees, and a cell phone.
We're looking for someone with an easy smile, someone who likes to laugh. We're looking for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, someone who can “dish it out” as well as take it. We’re looking for a “people person”.
We don't have a mobile practice. We don't do outpatient ultrasound examinations. We work out of state-of-the-art referral centers http://vet-rad.com/locations.html as part of a team of specialists in internal medicine, surgery, oncology, neurology, cardiology, ophthalmology, dermatology, exotic animal medicine, and emergency medicine/critical care. We teach interns and residents about diagnostic imaging. In fact, several of our interns have become radiologists. We utilize in-house CT and MRI. We use the latest edition of Dragon voice recognition software for dictating reports. In short, we work as clinical radiologists, interacting with other specialists, assisting in the management of their cases by reading digital radiographs, CT’s and MRI's, and performing ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures. We also have a thriving teleradiology service.
When work is over, we enjoy life, which is made easier by the low cost-of-living in Cleveland. See:
Cleveland has the second largest theatre district in the United States....only Broadway in NYC is larger! See: http://www.playhousesquare.org
The Cleveland Symphony Orchestra has been ranked #1 in the United States! See:
Cleveland has ethnic restaurants of every type (just ask Iron Chef Michael Symon); thriving music, dance, and art communities; a spectacular park system, lousy professional sports teams, and a museum for everyone. Lake Erie, at your doorstep, offers beaches, sailing, motor boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and camping. The Cuyahoga Valley National Park, immediately adjacent to Cleveland and Akron, offers hiking, fishing, cross country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, canoeing, kayaking, sledding, snowshoeing, bicycle paths, and educational programs for every age, administered by the US National Park Service.
Yes, it IS possible to work in a vibrant, culturally stimulating city, and live a few minutes from a national park! Northern Ohio, on the shores of Lake Erie, has been called one of the best places in the US to raise kids. See: http://www.businessweek.com/articles/2012-12-17/americas-best-places-to-raise-kids-2013
As the New York Times stated, "Seeing is believing"! Come see for yourself why LeBron decided to come home!
