History: One month history of off feed, weight loss, drooling, lethargic

Physical exam: T:102.1, P:52, R:30, dull mentation, little interest in food and water

Laboratory data: Mild neutrophilia, phosphorous 2.5 mg/dL (2.8-9.3), magnesium 1.6 mg/dL (2-2.8), chloride 98 mmol/L (102-111), potassium 2.5 mmol/L (3.8-4.8), bicarbonate 31.0 mmol/L (22-29)
