History: Eagle presented with a one-year history of right hind lameness localized to the tarsus.
Physical examination findings included:
- Temperature = 100.4oF
- Pulse = 44
- Respiratory rate = 20/min
- Hydration – normal
- Weight = 530 kg
- Grade IV lameness of the right hind limb.
Imaging Studies:
- Hind limb bone scan
- Right tarsal radiographs (performed the day after bone scan)
