May 2012 ACVR Website Update

You are now able to login to the website with your current username and password by clicking the login link at the top of any page. Your username is either the first part of your email address (before the @ symbol) or optionally, your complete email address. If you forget your password, you can click the 'Request New Password' link above the login fields or at the top of the page. If you forget the email address you've used with the ACVR, you will need to send us your current email address via the Contact Us email form and we will send you a link to reset your password.

After login, you have the ability to change your username, password, or email address. You also have the ability to check your profile, but not edit your profile yet. Your profile will be visible immediately after login or by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of any page. Please notify us of any errors in your profile via the Contact Us email form immediately and we will correct them for you. Check your information very carefully! Note that your mailing address is the address where the Journal will be sent and where you will receive all ACVR mail correspondence.

Please notify us of any changes to your profile during this transition period via the Contact Us email form. Once the information in everyone's profile is accurate, subsequent releases will allow you to edit your profile and enter information for the Public Directory. The Directory of Diplomates will replace the current Map of Diplomates.

Also once you login, you will be able to access the Societies to which you belong, have full-text access to the Journal, and view the Members Directory without entering your username/password again. Residents, Diplomates and Council members will also be able to view their respective sections. Take a look around! If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

If you are unable to see a section you think you should see (i.e., Diplomate section if you are a Diplomate; Society section if you are a member of a Society; Council section if you are a Council member) or are able to see a section of the website you think you should not see (i.e., Diplomate or Council section if you are Resident or Society Only Member), please let us know via the Contact Us email form. Also please let us know if you find any other glitches. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome!
