Mailing Address & Directory Options

I. MAILING ADDRESS
Your Mailing Address is required and will be where your Journal and all ACVR mail correspondence will be sent. Edit your Mailing Address in your profile.

II. DIRECTORY OPTIONS
The ACVR has two Directories, a Members Directory (private) and a Directory of Diplomates (public). Edit your Directory options in your profile. The Members Directory lists all members and is available to ACVR members only. The Directory of Diplomates lists Diplomates and is available to ACVR members and the public. Here are your possible Directory options:

List me for members and the public and use my Mailing Address (Diplomates Only)

• Your Mailing Address will appear in both the Members Directory and Directory of Diplomates.

List me for members and the public and use another address (Diplomates Only)

• The other address(es) you enter will appear in both the Members Directory and Directory of Diplomates. Your Mailing Address will not be affected.
• If you are affiliated with multiple clinics, you may enter a separate address for each clinic at which you are physically located. Please do not submit information for clinics that you have only a 'virtual' relationship with (i.e. mail-in or teleradiology consulting).

List me for members and use my Mailing Address (Default; All Members)

• Your Mailing Address will appear in the Members Directory.

List me for members and use another address (All Members)

• The other address(es) you enter will appear in the Members Directory. Your Mailing Address will not be affected.

Don't List Me (All Members)

• Your address will not appear in any Directory. Your Mailing Address will not be affected.

III. SERVICES OFFERED & SPECIES TREATED (Diplomates Only)

• Select the services offered & species treated in your clinic and they will be listed in the Directory of Diplomates.
