Dr. Don Thrall (R) receives the ACVR Bernstein Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2011 ACVR Annual Meeting in Albuquerque, NM. from ACVR President, Dr. Val Samii (L). This award is given to members of the American College of Veterinary Radiology who have made an outstanding contribution in the form of service, teaching or research to the College and represents the ACVR's highest honor. The award is not given on a regular schedule, but only as individuals are nominated. Only two other individuals have have received this award previously (Drs. Mike Bernstein and Harker Rhodes).
