Veterinary Radiology & Ultrasound has a free Digital Radiography Supplement available to everyone. According to Dr. Wm. Tod Drost, Guest Editor, "This Supplemental issue is intended to help educate the veterinary community, from veterinary radiologists to private practice veterinarians, about digital radiography and the components associated with it."

Dr. Christopher Ober
Dr. Christopher Ober (R) receives a plaque from Dr. Tod Drost, 2008 ACVR President, for winning this year's Resident Author Award. His paper was entitled "Comparison of Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Detection of Acute Wooden Foreign Bodies in the Canine Manus". This paper appeared in the September/October issue of the journal Veterinary Radiology & Ultrasound, Vol. 49, No. 5, 2008, pp 411–418, and was published online August 28, 2008. This year there were 28 entrants, an all time high. Papers are ranked by the Associate Editors and the highest ranked paper receives the award.
